I think it’s great you recognise how you feel even if you don’t know why and yes many people have it worse but that doesn’t negate how you feel. I constantly told myself you can’t feel down or low or sad because so many people are in a worse situation and are doing ok but that doesn’t matter you feel how you feel end of. Thanks for sharing too it’s important that we all understand it’s ok to feel however we feel and it’s ok to talk about it too!!

Take a breath and breath, when things are going well I think it normal to feel how you are now the self doubt of are you doing the right thing. What am trying to say it tale it easy on yourself and when you throw out these emails you are essentially having therapy just cheaper as you say what you need and we can reply.

Sometimes it's good to get things off your chest. We would rather read your thoughts and ramblings if it helps you than some sad news.

You make your newsletter relatable and we know it comes from a real person dealing with the same everyday issues like the rest of us.

Keep them coming x

Love your news letters, I would get bored if they was normal, I’ll get put off easily, I think this is the only news letter I read start to finish

I love reading your newsletters and I think it's great that you show the personal side of your life as well as the business.

Even the newsletters that are about new stock aren't there to shove sales down your throat.... for me it actually makes me want to buy more!

It gives a face to the business, it's not all selling.

Feels nicer knowing your reasoning behind things when you ramble xx

I love these newsletters, I feel like you wrote everything I think about being a mother. Sometimes we’re pulled into so many different directions it’s exhausting. I’m luck mine are teenagers now but you guys are doing the best you can! And showing them what’s achievable by working so hard. Keep doing the fantastic job you do!

It's important to take breaks, and lots of companies close over the Christmas holidays. It is such a big family time, so you need to enjoy it with your family.

I learnt a long time ago to not compare myself to others. I have a disability that means I can be in a wheelchair without warning and ive had people say "don't be depressed, there are people who have had legs amputated, at least you could be walking tomorrow." And then apart of me would think, "yeah, they are right" which would just make me think of all the people who don't have a disability and can walk, then I would feel more depressed.

Now I only think about how I'm feeling in the moment, am I feeling stressed, am I feeling low, have I had an FND flair up, what can I do to make myself feel better, without comparing myself. Once I start comparing myself to those worse off, I realise how much worse off I am than those who are better.

Sending hugs. X
