Anxiety can be absolutely crippling! Distraction techniques can work well if you catch the attack early enough. Search for 5 red things, 5 blue things, 5 things you can touch, 5 things you can hear. Also ice on the inside of your wrists confuses your brain. Yoga and meditation also helps a lot. You may not find them useful but these are things that help me.

Our bodies are weird and wonderful it's a shame it's taken a physical reaction to see your sort of not ok but the drs appointment is epic! So hopefully you'll be on the mend! Honestly love all the TikToks and these emails (rare i comment here) but yeah 3 kids is hard! (Single parent to 3 here 🤣) even when I wasn't single just as hard just different these days

If you like sitting in a cold shower, you might want to think about one of those ice-bath things (Rev Kate Bottley has more of a home made one in am old barrel rather than the expensive ones) or maybe have a go at the Wim Hof method. He's got an app to get you started.
Glad to hear your feeling better, for your anxiety and stress maybe give meditation a try, YouTube has lots of 5, 10 and 15 minutes of guided meditation, helped me when I was going through an illness and surgery

Have you tried a cup of tea, a hot bath and a nice long walk? Seems to be the MH team answer to everything 😅
Perhaps you need a cup of rum, an ice bath and a nice long wa*k instead 🤔
Seriously though, please take care of yourself. You can't pour from an empty cup, and you have lots of people who want to see you well and happy.
