Personally I would not give a refund they ordered wax melts and whatever else there is absolutely nothing wrong with the product, so I definitely would not give a refund just because you didn’t make a tiktok . You don’t sell tiktok vids you sell wax melts etc . If You go to a shop to buy a friend a present you wouldn’t say oh can You make a video of you packing it In the bag / box it’s for my friends birthday !!!!

I'll be honest mate, you're a bigger man than I am. I would have told them to go fuck themselves. Imagine ordering amazing products from a small family business in the hopes you get 5 mins of slight fame on a video which might not even be seen by many people, and even the people who do see it won't give a crap who you are, and then returning it because you didn't get what you wanted. Fuck them...
I love that this has really got to you but at the end of the day she didnt go into specific details she didnt state she didnt want the order if it wanst packed on tiktok, infact she dodnt say much at all. I know that you care so muvh about every single order that you do and thats brill and ace BuT there has to be a line. Fine refund this one but in the future that cant happen. Unless you have a paid order thing on the stock list that they actually pay extra for a tiktok order pack???? Then it becomes part of the ordering system and you could only have a few in stock each day???? So you only get packed on tiktok if you have ordered the tiktok pack item?? Then it limits how many are packed and still gives people what they want? I dunno its just something I thought of.
